Questions Parents Ask Most
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates which fill up very fast. Popular dates like school holidays and summer weekends can book out 6–8 weeks ahead. Secure your date early via our online booking system.
All packages include hall rental, themed decor, a dedicated party host, invitations, and a birthday cake. Premium and Ultimate packages add catering, entertainment acts, photography, and return gift bags. See our full packages page for a detailed breakdown.
Yes! While we offer outstanding in-house catering, you're welcome to bring an external cake and additional food. We do ask that any outside caterers are pre-approved for allergy and hygiene compliance. A small external food service fee applies.
A 30% advance deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 7 days before the event. Cancellations made 14+ days in advance receive a full refund. Within 14 days, the deposit is retained. See our Venue Rules page for full policy details.
Absolutely. Our venue is fully wheelchair accessible with wide corridors, accessible restrooms, and a sensory-friendly quiet room. Our staff are trained to assist children with diverse needs. Please contact us when booking so we can prepare appropriately.
