How do I check if my preferred date and hall are free?

You can visit our Online Booking Page or check the Parent Dashboard where our interactive calendar displays real-time slot availability for all three halls.

What is your maximum guest capacity?

Our Grand Starlight Ballroom accommodates up to 50 guests (children and adults). For larger groups, you may reserve our entire facility for an Ultimate VIP buyout of up to 100 guests.

Can we bring outside vendors for face painting or mascots?

We offer certified in-house entertainers with background checks. Outside insured vendors are allowed with prior written notice and proof of liability insurance.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations with 14+ days notice receive 100% venue credit toward any future date within one year. Free date rescheduling is permitted up to 72 hours before your event.
